EMNP1081 Blog post 1: Four Medical Conditons

Although I am learning about many medical conditions, today I want to look at four of them, a sore throat,
a broken hand,Heart arrhythmia and Heart palpitations.

A sore throat is when (the front of neck is inflamed, making it painful to swallow).
If you think you have a sore throat, you should always consider seeing a doctor.
Additionally (according to the Mayo Clinic), you can keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol, which can dehydrate you.
Try comforting foods and beverages. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey
— and cold treats
such as ice pops can soothe a sore throat.Anatomy of the throat

A broken hand  is a break in one of the bones in the hand.
If you think you have a broken hand, you should always consider seeing a doctor.
Additionally (according to the Mayo Clinic), it is important to treat  a broken hand as soon as possible.

A heart arrhythmia is heart rhythm problems (heart arrhythmias) occur when the electrical impulses that coordinate your heartbeats don't work properly, causing your heart to beat too fast, too slow or irregularly.
Heart arrhythmias (uh-RITH-me-uhs) may feel like a fluttering or racing heart and may be harmless. However, some heart arrhythmias may cause bothersome — sometimes even life-threatening — signs and symptoms.
Heart arrhythmia treatment can often control or eliminate fast, slow or irregular heartbeats. In addition, because troublesome heart arrhythmias are often made worse — or are even caused — by a weak or damaged heart, you may be able to reduce your arrhythmia risk by adopting a heart-healthy lifestyle.. If you think you have a Heart arrhythmia,
you should always consider seeing a doctor.
Additionally (according to the Mayo Clinic), Some medical conditions, such as congenital heart defects, may also cause long QT syndrome.

A Heart palpitationsis Heart palpitations (pal-pih-TAY-shuns) are the feelings of having a fast-beating,
fluttering or pounding heart. Stress, exercise, medication or, rarely,
a medical condition can trigger them. Although heart palpitations can be worrisome, they're usually harmless.
In rare cases, they can be a symptom of a more serious heart condition, such as an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia),
that might require treatment.. If you think you have a Heart palpitations ,
you should always consider seeing a doctor. Additionally (according to the Mayo Clinic),
